This is a typical old Cretan House of 36 s.m. with 200 s.m. of a lot.

It is built at the small picturesque village of Vrouhas.

Vrouhas is a  quiet and peaceful village close to the cosmopolitan area of Elounda.

I have recently decided to sell it since i have recently rebuilt a similar house
